1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NovaStorm AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

NovaStorm AI provides an artificial intelligence-powered platform for automated Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaign management and optimization.

2. Description of Service

NovaStorm AI offers the following services:

  • AI-powered analysis of your business and target audience
  • Automated creation and management of Meta advertising campaigns
  • Real-time campaign optimization and budget allocation
  • Performance analytics and reporting
  • Budget protection and spend controls

The Service operates as an AI operator that makes campaign decisions on your behalf, while always seeking approval before significant budget changes.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Have a valid Meta Business account with advertising permissions

4. Meta Platform Integration

By using NovaStorm AI, you authorize us to connect to your Meta Business account and perform the following actions on your behalf:

  • Create, modify, and pause advertising campaigns
  • Access campaign performance data and analytics
  • Manage ad creative and targeting settings
  • Allocate and adjust advertising budgets within your specified limits

You remain responsible for ensuring your Meta advertising activities comply with Meta's Advertising Policies and Community Standards.

5. Budget and Payments

Advertising Budget: You set the maximum advertising budget that NovaStorm AI can spend on your behalf. The AI will optimize within these limits and request approval for any spending outside normal parameters.

Service Fees: NovaStorm AI charges fees as outlined in our pricing plans. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Meta Charges: Advertising costs charged by Meta are separate from NovaStorm AI service fees and are billed directly by Meta according to their billing terms.

6. AI Decision-Making

NovaStorm AI uses artificial intelligence to make advertising decisions. You acknowledge that:

  • AI decisions are based on available data and algorithms
  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed
  • The AI operates within the parameters and budgets you set
  • You can override or adjust AI decisions at any time
  • The AI will always ask for approval before significant budget increases

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use NovaStorm AI for:

  • Advertising products or services that violate Meta's policies
  • Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading advertising
  • Promoting illegal products, services, or activities
  • Circumventing advertising platform rules or restrictions
  • Any activity that could harm NovaStorm AI or its users

8. Intellectual Property

NovaStorm AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NovaStorm and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your business data, creative assets, and advertising content that you provide to the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific advertising results or return on investment
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the AI will achieve any particular campaign goals
  • Compatibility with all Meta features or future platform changes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaStorm AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and any running advertising campaigns will be paused.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NovaStorm is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
